Education
Natalie promotes the idea of letting people chose thier school, and having home schooling as an option. She wants to limit the role of the federal government in education. Natalie strongly supports voluntary student initiated prayer in schools. She also believes that achievement is the basis for access to college, and that higher education should be more readily available through savings accounts.
Abortion
Natalie is pro-life; she strongly believes that life begins at conception. She supports alternative choices to abortion such as adoption and abstinence. Natalie does not think that abortion should be legal, and greatly opposes the decision made in the court case Roe v. Wade. She wants to prosecute abortion doctors, not the women who go to them. Natalie believes that several of the only exceptions to getting an abortion are if the baby will harm the women, and if the women was raped.
Immigration
Natalie wants to better secure our borders and the safety of the US citizens throough biometric data to track whoever enters and exits our country. She wants to reform the immigration system to make sure that it is more legal and safe. Natalie does not support amnesty, because it encourages illegal immigration in many ways, and gives an unfair advantage to those people who have already broken our laws. In general, she wants to increase border control and increase the number of visas for immigrants who have needed and highly specialized skills, while other visas willl be given to agricultural workers.
Environment
Natalie believes in private property ownership rights as a way to help the environment. When people own land, they protect it. Natalie wants standards that all states must meet in order to protect public health. She also supports market-based solutions to problems with our environment, which means that environmental regulations should be based on things such as science. Natalie always wants to make sure that the environmental policy meets the needs of localities.
Gun Control
Natalies belives that people have the constitutional right to own a gun, given by the second amendment. She believes that people with criminal record should be prosecuted heavily before allowing them to own a gun. People should not lose their right to own a gun just because of several criminal people in our society. She does not think that gun manufacturers should be held responsible for crimes committed using guns, and wants to protect these companies. Natalies wants to put much tighter restrictions on who can own a gun and other assault weapons, especially for criminals and children.
Taxes
Natalie does not want to raise taxes for anyone, she does not believe that will help anyone or anything in our bad economy that we have at the moment. Natalie believes that small businesses should recieve tax cuts and that the tax exemption for every dependent should be doubled. Natalie strongly believes that the government should not be taking so much of the money that people make away from them. If elected, she wants to help cut taxes.
Jobs
Natalie wants to cut business taxes so that companies will keep jobs for people. She wants to help find jobs that will be constant for people, so that their jobs will not go away as the economy and markets change. Natalie believes that one way to increase the number of jobs is to produce our own energy here in the US, which will create numerous jobs. She wants to help people that are unemployed find jobs.
